Brion Oxendine is Broker and Owner of one of the region’s largest and oldest real estate firms specializing in commercial and residential sales and property management. Brion Oxendine began his real estate career in 2006 with ReMax Real-Estate Exchange of Lumberton upon retiring from a 25-year career as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a family-owned enterprise.

Upon completing his broker certification in 2008, Brion purchased an existing well-established independent-owned real-estate firm of Lumberton, Realty One Group Heritage, of 35 years in 2009. The 35-year-old company was established in 1974 and was one of the largest realty firms in the region. Since 2009, Brion has continued to grow the market and has sustained a stable presence and strong sales force since the acquisition.

Brion has earned two real estate designations, GRI- Graduate of Real Estate Institute and ABR- Accredit Buyer Representative. Alicia is co-owner of Realty One Group Heritage and is a certified Broker and a member of the National Realtor Association. Bob Antone began his career in real estate in 1974. In 1982, Bob received his general contractor’s license and began building homes in the Robeson and Bladen County areas. Upon completing this major milestone in his career, he pursued and received his designation as a certified residential specialist and graduate of Real Estate Institute for REALTORS.

He has served as past president of the Robeson County Home Builders and the Lumberton Board of Realtors. Bob serves as a member of the Fairmont Masonic Lodge and past member of the Lumberton Elks Club, and he is a charter member of the Kiwanis of Robeson.
